Evaluation:

The following documents must be handed in and saved in the class folder:

  • the print-out of the Introduction Quiz and the Lyrics Quiz
  • your article for the Encyclopedia of monsters (approx. 100 words)
  • your interview on "specific information" about your monster (min. 5 questions and answers)
  • your short summary of one interesting monster story (literature or movie)
  • your monster word-list (30 words minimum)
  • any other interesting or useful resources or information you have found

These documents must be complete and handed in on time!

Of course, you have to make sure that your presentation is ready on time, as well! Your presentation will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • time-frame (10-15min maximum)
  • presentation skills (material, pictures, usage of equipment like OHP, powerpoint, blackboard, flip chart etc.)
  • speaking skills
  • content (presentation of the interesting facts and answers to questions)
  • handout (one or two A4 page)
